In honor of #NationalBloodyMaryDay and my BIL’s bday request of “Breakfast for dinner”, on tonight’s #mondaynightmixology I give you a Bloody Maria!!
In this Queen, we have;
- 1 and 1/2 oz La Gritona tequila
- 2 oz V8
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 2 heaping bar spoons of horse radish
- 5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 5 dashes Tabasco
- 5 dashes Tapatío
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- Tajín, salt, and pepper both in the mix and rimming the glass!
Garnish with celery, lemon and olives! Enjoy!!!
